*1. Guarantee our services within 3 days. Repair must be done with the original color of the services. Customers have to prove the date of original service(s).
*2. For your convenience, please inform our staff if you have any special needs, medical problems, or allergies that may effect your service.
*3. We don't service you we suspicious you use drug, drunk or have an unconscious expression.
*4. Prices are subject to change without notice.
*5. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
*6. Keep all belong with you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen.
*7. For the safety of all of our customers, we require that children to sit and supervised at all times with their parents while in the Ivy Nails Spa. You may be asked to leave if your child is disruptive.
*8. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES will be given.
*9. To ensure a relaxing experience for our patrons we ask that you silence your phone.
*10. Gift Certificates are NON-Refundable and must be used within expired date. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
*11. There are no pets allowed in the salon, with the exception of certified service animals.
*12. Leaving the premises without payment is considered theft. *13. If u late over 5 mins your app time, your app cancel cause we don't want mess up next app. *14. We request deposit of 20% service for group of 8 peoples (No refund).
*15.Friday & Saturday we don't take app to request, if you want to request, just walk-in only.
*16. If you take your app please call to business phone number 419-222-0342, we don't take all app to text or call the Nails Tech's personal phone number.
